1. Location & Commute
Check the distance to your university department. Being within walking distance can save you £1,000+ per year in transport costs.
2. Budgeting for Bills
In UK halls, internet, water, and electricity are usually included. In private housing, you may need to manage these separately.
3. Facility Access
Does it have a study room? Is there a gym? These amenities can greatly enhance your student experience.
4. Booking Process
